When reserving a space, folks should make sure to check the calendar for conflicts, add an event to the calendar and also specify which areas are being reserved.

Note that there is a $25 convenience fee for small meetings. Larger events will be handled on a case by case basis.

Checkout Procedure

1. clean up all food, scraps and other trash and empty in hallway trash bins; replace trash bags in black trash cans
2. close and lock the back window
3. turn off all heaters
4. turn out the lights and fan
5. lock the front door handle from the inside; lock the deadbolt from the outside then lock the blue external door from the inside on your way out.
